Job Details:

• Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing-Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location: Ashland, KY,and surrounding areas
• Contract Duration: 13-week Contract, possibility to extend upon successful completion
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call responsibilities
• Weekend Rotation: Typically one weekend per month (dependent upon territory)
• Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
• Compensation: Hourly pay (not by visit), negotiable based on territory and experience, blended pay packages available for travelers
• Mileage Reimbursement: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

Requirements:

• Active KYRegistered Nurse (RN)License: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
• Active BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Home Health Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience.
• Oasis and Homecare Homebase Experience: Proficiency in Oasis documentation and Homecare Homebase software required.
