Qualified Staffing is hiring a Entry Level Property Maintenance Tech for a company in Cartersville.

1st shift

$16-17/hr

Main duties will include:

Observes industry standard safety rules in all aspects of the job and must practice safety precautions and be safety conscious at all times.
Manages and organizes assigned work orders efficiently. Ensures that all work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner. Represents the Authority on a daily basis on the site in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Prepares vacant units for re-occupancy by cleaning out large debris from vacant units and transporting to landfill using a predetermined route of travel; washing walls; painting; stripping and buffing floors; cleaning appliances and windows; and by performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Prepares surfaces for painting which includes scraping, sanding, spackling holes, cleaning, caulking, and applying primer coats.
