Our client is seeking a motivated Sub-Teacher to provide support to a students.
SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
Join our dynamic educational team as a Masters-Level Instructional Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping effective teaching practices and improving student success. Assistance will include, but is not limited to:
*Provide expert instructional coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve classroom practice and student outcomes.
*Collaborate with educators to design, implement, and refine curriculum aligned with academic standards and best practices.
*Analyze student performance data and assessment results to identify instructional needs and recommend targeted interventions.
*Facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and collaborative learning communities for teaching staff.
*Support differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
*Observe classroom instruction, provide constructive feedback, and assist teachers in setting professional growth goals.
*Work closely with school leadership to align instructional initiatives with school-wide goals and improvement plans.
*Assist in the selection, development, and evaluation of instructional resources and educational technologies.
*Promote a positive, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and student achievement.
*Stay current on educational research, pedagogy, and policy changes, sharing relevant updates with staff.
*Support implementation of district and state education policies and initiatives related to curriculum and instruction.
*Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to foster engagement and support for student learning.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Masters Degree Required
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse and department of Education FBI
