Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have an adult grandson living in my finished basement and he works a lot and do a not pick up after himself. I would like to add this room to my cleaning area. Mostly needs picking up his stuff and arranging it, then vacuum the carpeted floor and clean the bathroom, once a month.
