Job Details

• Seeking CRNAs to provide ongoing locums coverage at multispecialty facility in Arizona starting Oct 2025.
• Weekly pay rate (M-F) all inclusive of hours
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Day Shifts 7a-3p
  • Call shifts3p-7a
    • Every 4th night
    • Response time: 20 mins
    • NO weekend call for CRNAs
• EMR: Medaxion
• 4-5 providers scheduled every day
  • Supervision: by MDs
• 6 ORs
• Procedures Required:
  • General, ortho, outpatient, light Peds, vascular, regional,
  • NO OB or Trauma
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Credentialingtimeline: ~60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
• AZ Active license - REQUIRED
• ACLS and PALS- REQUIRED
• Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - REQUIRED
