RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.
LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.Plus $4.00 an hour for per diem
Weekday Shift (3P-11p) Differential: +$2.00 per hourWeekday Shift (11p-7a) Differential: +$5.00 per hour
Weekend Shift (7am to 3pm) Differential: +$2.00 per hourWeekend Shift (3P-11p) Differential: +$3.00 per hourWeekend Shift (11pm-7am) Differential: +$6.50 per hour.

- Flexible Scheduling: Supportive of work/life balance with flexible shifts and scheduling.
Per Diem Requirements;
- Per Diem employees must accept and work at least two (2) shifts per month, one (1) of which being a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
Job Responsibilities;
- Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
- Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
