Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking hands-on care near Washington for myself in my 30s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of the responsibilities will be helping with bathing, dressing, feeding and etc. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
