Job Summary:
Julep Farms is a modern farm resort nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, offering a unique blend of Southern hospitality, elevated dining, curated shopping, and serene accommodations. We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure our guests receive the exceptional experience we’re known for.

- Support the General Manager in leading a team across our farm, market, restaurant, and lodging operations
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Assist with scheduling, staff training, recruiting and daily operations management
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth and cohesive operations
Step in where needed—from the front desk to the restaurant—to keep things running seamlessly
-Assist, Book, manage and execute all events
Qualifications:

- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to lead by example
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fine dining establishments or upscale restaurants.
- Previous involvement in catering services.
- Familiarity with hotel operations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
