Starting Annual Compensation: $116,000 to $157,000

Position Highlights:

• Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $5,000 Incentive Pay + $8,000 Board Certification Pay

Minimum Qualifications:

• OD from accredited optometry school
• Active U.S. license
• U.S. Citizenship
