• 15 24-hour in-house shifts per month required
• 23 inpatient admissions monthly -- 213 total patient encounters
• EMR: Epic
• C-sections, D&Cs, colposcopies, and hysteroscopies required
• Patient demographics: 93% ages 18-35
• Payer mix: 45% commercial, 37% Medicaid, 14% Medicare
• Inpatient consultation service with follow-up care
• Coverage needed for obstetrics and gynecology service
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
