We are a highly rated, innovative outpatient Psychiatry & Ketamine practice in the DMV, led by a triple board-certified psychiatrist and pain specialist. We're looking for a personable, motivated, and compassionate psychiatrist to join our dynamic team.
Position: W2 employee, part-time (min. 20 hours/week) or full-time, with benefits.

Your Role:
- Outpatient psychiatric care: mood, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, addiction
- Medication management and psychotherapy
- Optional supervision of NPs/PAs (with pay differential)
- Timely documentation per insurance standards
- Use of EHR and basic tech tools
Requirements:
- MD/DO, independent unrestricted license (Virginia)
- Board Certified or Eligible (willing to test within 1 year)
- Residency in Psychiatry; post-residency experience preferred
- Minimum 20 hours/week (Mon'Fri, 9 AM'7 PM)
- Active NPI & CAQH profile (or willing to complete)
- No active noncompete or contract restrictions
- Consent to background check
About Our Patients:
We treat adults (18'65), with an average patient age of 20'45. We only accept commercial insurance ' no Medicaid, Medicare, or call service.
Work Location: Fairfax, VA (in person; relocation required if not local)
