• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days
• BLS required
• 20 - 22 patients per day in clinic and 1300 deliveries per year
• Deliveries, C-sections & emergent GYN procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
