The Financial Aid Department is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 20 hours per week to help with the Beebe Head Start program for the Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 terms. Duties include: read to school-aged children and help with other literacy activities.

Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Enjoy being around children; patient; enjoy teaching; dependable, and positive attitude.

$11.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
