• Answering multiline phone and transferring calls
• General typing, filing, scanning and electronic filing
• Spreadsheet/datasheet creation and management.
• Copying and general knowledge of office equipment such as scanner and copier.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current University of West Georgia Student enrolled for six credit hours and maintaining at least a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Skills
• Knowledge of Google suite
• Smartsheet
• General knowledge of office protocol

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds.
