• Specialty: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (Primary Care)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Patient Volume: 20 patients/day
• Commitment: 1-year assignment
• EMR: EPIC
• Start Date: October 1, 2025
• End Date: October 1, 2026
• Contract Type: Locum Tenens Daily OT after 8 hrs

Requirements:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2+ years of Primary Care experience
• Active Connecticut medical license or willingness to obtain

Preferences:

• EPIC EMR experience
