Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BE/BC in EM, FM, IM, Gen Surg (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS accepted case-by-case)
• Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Licensure: KY license required
