What You’ll Do:
1. Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment quickly and safely
2. Perform preventive maintenance and enter data into our I-Maint system
3. Support facility upkeep and equipment reliability
4. Collaborate with team members and assist in training apprentices
5. Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and environmental standards
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical trade certification or equivalent experience
1–2 years in a production or maintenance role (corrugated box plant experience a plus!)
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge (PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, etc.)
Forklift and aerial lift certification
A team-first attitude and a desire to keep learning
Physical & Work Environment:
Active role: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 100 lbs
Exposure to dust, noise, and temperature changes
