Production Line Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Lead

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

Pay Range: Not specified

Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Responsible for reading and understanding Bills of Materials and explaining work instructions to production line operators.
• Maintain and promote a safe working environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing direction to Production Operators.
• Utilize computer scanning materials, line workers, and printing license plates within an SAP environment.
• Meet safety, quality, and production expectations outlined by management.
• Support and guide team members to ensure efficient production processes.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in using scanning and SAP systems.
