Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Mem orial Medical Group is seeking an Outpatient Geriatric Physician to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Position details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Call: Reasonable - telephone only
• Procedures: Cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care
• Population: Patient ages 55 +
• Resource team includes a LCSW
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses following the guarantee period
• Highly competitive; 50th percentile, initial guarantee with work RVU Production Incentive

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified/board eligible
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in state of Tennessee and/or Georgia

$130.01 - $140.02 /hour
