*Spanish & English (bilingual) speaking preferred but not required.
*Schedule: Associates will work 5 days of the week and work days will vary. Associates get time off every other weekend.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the front line of support for Jitsu's customers and helps to ensure the customers are satisfied with our products and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Displaying and maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude towards all customers and stakeholders.
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding their orders in a professional manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via all communication channels: telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion.
- Escalating inquiries and requests, as necessary, to the appropriate department or individual to ensure all concerns are efficiently addressed and resolved.
- Collaborating with drivers, driver leads, coordinators, team leads, dispatch, call center managers, and account representatives to ensure the delivery standards are achieved with excellence.
- Initiating outbound correspondence or calls to provide follow-up information to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Actively participating in process improvement projects and supporting other team members and departments as assigned.
