Physical Therapist - $35K Bonus + Living Stipend

Location: Southwest Arizona (2 hours south of Tucson)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM No weekends or holidays

Position Highlights:

• $100K-$120K salary (based on experience)
• Up to $35,000 sign-on/relocation bonus (3-year commitment)
• $1,000/month living stipend (12 months)
• 90-minute evals / 45-minute follow-ups
• PTA-supported model (2 PTs + 2 PTAs)
• New grads welcome - mentorship provided
• Inpatient coverage only once every 6 weeks (4-5 patients/day)

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
• Arizona PT license or eligibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
