Compensation: $24.41–$37.84/hr | $20k Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technician to join our surgical team. The Surgical Technician plays a critical role in supporting surgeons and nurses during procedures, ensuring a safe, efficient, and sterile environment. This position reports directly to a Registered Nurse (R.N.) and may include responsibilities related to inventory, distribution, and delivery of medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile fields and uphold strict infection control standards.
• Monitor surgical equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Support post-operative care by cleaning and restocking operating rooms.
• Manage inventory of surgical supplies and assist with distribution as required.

Requiremed Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technician preferred.
• Graduate of a certified surgical tech program through a community college, vocational school, military program, or hospital-based program preferred.
• Candidates with documented on-the-job Operating Room Technician experience will be considered.
• Six contact hours of continuing education or three college credits related to the nursing field per year is encouraged.
