We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in wound care to join a field-based team serving the Richmond area.

This is a mobile position, requiring travel to patient sites within a 30-mile radius. What You’ll Do: Deliver direct patient care for wound evaluation, treatment, and management Apply advanced wound care techniques (grafts, biologics, etc.) Perform thorough assessments and create individualized care plans Visit patients in diverse settings: correctional facilities, LTCs, private homes Coordinate care with facility staff and providers Maintain detailed, accurate documentation Stay current through ongoing wound care training What You’ll Need: Active NP license in Virginia Wound care experience (chronic wounds & grafts) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working independently in mobile environments Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What’s Offered: $130K–$140K (based on experience) Healthcare stipend in lieu of coverage Mileage reimbursement Laptop Flexible scheduling focused on work-life balance The chance to make a real impact through hands-on, in-place care,
