Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for oncology and a drive to lead? UF Health Shands is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to step into a pivotal leadership role in our Oncology and Cellular Therapy program. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support APPs within the Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU)
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead educational initiatives and continuing professional development
- Ensure compliance with FACT standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on goals and priorities
- Drive quality improvement and process optimization across the program
- Participate in budget management, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Provide bedside care in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current Florida licensure and national board certification (PA-C or NP)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oncology, bone marrow transplant, or cellular therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Must meet credentialing requirements to practice at UF Health Shands
