About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, client rooms, bathrooms, offices, and program spaces
• Perform regular sanitation of high-touch surfaces in compliance with health and safety protocols
• Launder linens and ensure timely restocking of supplies throughout the facility
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all housekeeping guidelines
• Treat clients and colleagues with dignity, respect, and confidentiality

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience a plus (healthcare or residential setting ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Respectful and comfortable working in a recovery environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening
