Pay: $46-49$ DOE
FT w/on-call rotation
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Nursing Management Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement care plans for all residents
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
- Communicate with Provider routinely regarding resident needs
- Ensure the timely documentation of MAR/TAR, assessments/evaluations, and progress notes done by unit LNs
- Process all new admission orders as needed and assist with admission process
- Assist as needed for ongoing care of residents
- Provide direction to unit LNs and CNAs
- Complete resident treatments as needed
- Maintain clean and orderly med room on unit
- Attend meetings as required
- Additional Duties
- Participate in training programs
- Assist in orientation of new staff
- On-call Rotation; Work a unit cart as needed
- Ensure assigned areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Monitor unit supply inventory
- Requirements:
- Must possess a current LPN license. License must be in good standings.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting preferred, though not required.
- BLS Certified
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
