Pay: $46-49$ DOE

FT w/on-call rotation

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Nursing Management Responsibilities:
    • Assess and implement care plans for all residents
    • Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
    • Communicate with Provider routinely regarding resident needs
    • Ensure the timely documentation of MAR/TAR, assessments/evaluations, and progress notes done by unit LNs
    • Process all new admission orders as needed and assist with admission process
    • Assist as needed for ongoing care of residents
    • Provide direction to unit LNs and CNAs
    • Complete resident treatments as needed
    • Maintain clean and orderly med room on unit
    • Attend meetings as required
  • Additional Duties
    • Participate in training programs
    • Assist in orientation of new staff
    • On-call Rotation; Work a unit cart as needed
    • Ensure assigned areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
    • Monitor unit supply inventory
  • Requirements:
    • Must possess a current LPN license. License must be in good standings.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long term care setting preferred, though not required.
    • BLS Certified
    • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
