Truck Service Advisor (TSA)
The Truck Service Advisor serves as the first point of contact for professional drivers and fleet customers in the TA Truck Service shop. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their service needs, creating accurate repair orders, and coordinating work with shop technicians. The TSA provides clear communication on estimates, timelines, and repair status while ensuring all company procedures are followed. Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail are key, as this position directly impacts driver satisfaction and shop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet drivers and gather service information.
- Create and process repair orders accurately.
- Communicate with technicians and relay updates to customers.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
