  • Additional Info: Position will spend two days at Chicago Heights location, two days at South Holland, and the remaining week day will be telemedicine.- 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week- Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care- Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessaryQUALIFICATIONS:- IL License REQUIRED
