Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule jobs with service technicians
• Complete customer work orders and manage billing of service department
• Complete and submit warranties

• Comfortable talking to farmers
• Organization skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills
• Critical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Can work accurately and efficiently
