What you will do:

Responsible for creating monthly and daily schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Licensed Nurses (LN) based on budgeted PPD. Manage daily schedules to ensure that needs are met and labor is at a minimum of budgeted threshold. Identifies staffing needs and report accurate number of open CNA and LN positions to the Director of Nursing (DON).

Must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Washington NAC license without enforcement action
• Previous experience working in a LTC setting preferred
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay: Starting at $23.00/HR DOE
