RN Oncology Director

'..Oncology Director needed to support hospital system.  Must possess operational knowledge for Oncology Center Operations, hospital-based clinic knowledge preferred. Experience with the financial functions/cycle of oncology clinics needed. Marketing experience or knowledge preferred to market to local and surrounding customers. Knowledge and support of the care coordination needed for cancer patients needed to provide care for this specialty. Must be detail oriented, results-oriented, and analytical in patient and financial matters. Superior ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Advanced computer knowledge required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Knowledge in multiple Electronic Health Record systems a plus. Unit Overview: Manage 14-16 FTE's including nursing, clerical and radiation oncology technicians.  OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse); and/or AOCN (Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse.
