What You’ll Do
  • Answer 30–40 inbound calls daily, assisting employees with benefits and insurance inquiries
  • Analyze and organize data to provide clear, accurate information on group insurance plans
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee experience
  • Record and manage employee benefit enrollments with precision
  • Break down complex insurance topics so employees and their families feel confident and informed
  • Use your growing expertise to go beyond basic clerk duties and become a trusted resource
What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or in-person is great)
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Basic computer skills—comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, multiple browser tabs, and Webex
  • A consistent work history—job stability matters to us

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with benefits or insurance
  • Previous call center experience (not required, but helpful)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
