Mixer Operator

Job Title: Mixer OperatorJob Summary:

The Mixer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to produce high-quality blends of raw materials for manufacturing. The operator ensures that ingredients are measured, mixed, and processed according to specific formulas and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mixing and blending machines.
• Read and interpret mixing instructions, batch tickets, and recipes.
• Measure and load ingredients accurately into mixing equipment.
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Adjust machinery settings to optimize mix quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Conduct quality control tests on mixed products.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Inspect raw materials for quality and consistency.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48692.80 - $50772.80/yr.
