What You'll Be Doing:

• Welding and fitting steel components to build pre-engineered structures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and measurements to bring designs to life
• Thinking on your feet to solve challenges with creativity and precision
• Working hands-on with tools and materials in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Teaming up with great people who have your back and want to see you succeed
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn or grow your welding skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (well train the right person!)
• A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication (a big plus!)
• Welding certification? Great! If notlets get you there.
