Job Summary
As a Peer Support Specialist/Management Analyst I, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. Your unique blend of peer support expertise and analytical skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services and driving continuous improvement within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct peer support and counseling to clients, drawing on your own experiences and training to offer empathetic guidance and assistance
- Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in peer support, counseling, or social services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent productivity tools
- High School Diploma or GED.
