Job Title: Special Education Teacher (SPED – LBS1 Certified)
Location: Bourbonnais, IL 60913
Pay Rate: $85/hour
Contract Length: 43 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (In-Person)
Orientation Start Date: August 11

We are seeking a committed and qualified Special Education Teacher with LBS1 certification and preferably middle school life skills experience to join our team in Bourbonnais, IL. This is a full-time, in-person position with a 43-week contract.

• Deliver specialized instruction to middle school students with special needs, focusing on life skills development.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress.

• Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal education regulations.

• Valid Illinois LBS1 certification required.

• Preferred experience working with middle school students in life skills programs.

• Available for in-person orientation starting August 11.

• Able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site in Bourbonnais, IL.

• 43-week contract

• $85/hour, paid weekly

• Full-time, in-person role
