As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in our integrated care model, supporting clients with mental health needs and co-occurring substance use disorders. In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
• Support crisis stabilization and emotional regulation in a residential environment.
• Monitor client behavior, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and discharge coordination.
• Deliver recovery education and therapeutic programming tailored to client needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is clinically skilled and personally invested in helping others heal and grow. Ideal candidates will have:

• Active licensure in Wisconsin as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, or Psychologist.
• At least one year of clinical experience working with mental health or dual-diagnosis populations.
• A solid understanding of integrated care and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or a willingness to obtain it upon hire.

Pay Rate = $34 - $38 per hour

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or Tuesday-Saturday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
