Luxuary Vinyl & Laminate Flooring Installer

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Vinyl and Laminate Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves preparing surfaces, measuring, cutting, and installing a variety of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), plank flooring (LVP), and laminate flooring products in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and laminate flooring according to project specifications and industry standards.
Prepare and clean subfloors by removing existing flooring, patching cracks, and ensuring a level surface.
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit around obstacles such as walls, cabinets, and doorways.
Lay flooring materials using adhesives, nails, or click-lock systems as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; properly dispose of debris.
Inspect completed work for quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate with clients and project managers regarding project status and any challenges encountered.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Follow all company safety protocols and job site rules.

Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury vinyl and laminate flooring installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and flooring specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience installing a variety of flooring styles, including glue-down, floating, and click-lock systems.
Knowledge of moisture barriers and underlayment preparation.
Basic carpentry skills and experience with trim and molding installation.
