Compensation & Benefits

  • $18.50-$25/hour based on experience and certification.

What Youll Do

As an RBT at Integrity Learning Center, you will:

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Run skill acquisition programs and teach new skills using play-based ABA strategies.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress in real time.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive replacement behaviors.
  • Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
  • Communicate with caregivers to provide a daily summary of each childs progress.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to enhance your skills and collaborate with professionals.


Qualifications & Skills

  • RBT certification required
  • Bachelors degree preferred; candidates actively pursuing a degree will also be considered
  • Experience in ABA or working with children preferred, but not required.
  • Must pass a background check
