Key Responsibilities:

• Drain Cleaning: Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using various methods and equipment.
• Diagnosis and Repair: Accurately diagnose drainage issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on drainage systems to prevent future issues.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls to resolve drainage problems.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No minimum experience needed.
• Skills: Proficient with drain cleaning equipment and tools; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., plumbing license) are a plus.
• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Transportation: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
