Quality Control Associate

Location: Solon, OH | Job Type: Full-Time | Competitive Pay & Benefits

We are seeking a Quality Control Associate with at least two years of experience in electronics manufacturing to help maintain high-quality standards. In this role, you’ll inspect products, ensure they meet industry and safety requirements, and assist with compliance reporting. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process and final product inspections
Implement and maintain ISO 9001-2015 quality control processes
Identify and document non-conformance issues, initiating corrective actions
Ensure compliance reporting for REACH, RoHS, PPAP, Conflict Minerals, and FMEA
Maintain detailed quality records and support process improvements

Qualifications:

2+ years of QC experience in electronics manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC-610, and J-STD-001
Experience with product compliance reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
