Quality Inspector@ Garden Grove, CA (1099 Contractor)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform sorting and rework inspection of defective automotive thermal coolant connectors.
  Tasks include:
• Removing Oetikar clamps from hoses.
• Replacing defective Oscar connectors with Araymond connectors.
• Reattaching Oetikar clamps securely.
• Document and report any defects or issues during the process.
• Follow instructions and use provided tools and equipment on-site.

Industry Experience:

• Manufacturing and design of safety products for the transportation industry, including supply chain management, assembly, and inspection.

Technical Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with automotive parts inspection or rework.
• Familiarity with Oetikar clamps and connectors (Oscar and Araymond connectors preferred).
• Ability to follow technical instructions and complete tasks with precisions

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• Certification in Quality Control or Automotive Manufacturing Processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or rework within the automotive industry.

Job type: 1099 contract

Project Duration: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - Approx. 27 man-days (single inspector) or 14 man-days (two inspectors).

Shift Hours: To be determined based on the auditor's schedule and client requirements. May vary with a maximum of 8 hrs. on site during regular business hours (Mon-Fri)

Ability to commute to Garden Grove, CA 92841, United States. (and other CA areas after current Project completion in future)
