Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to strengthen client relationships and contribute to an exceptional service experience.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be tasked with resolving client issues, providing knowledgeable product information, and fostering a positive experience for each client. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in Spanish via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Effectively resolve client inquiries and concerns related to our products and services
• Keep accurate records and document interactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with other departments to address more complex client issues
• Educate clients on how to effectively use our offerings to maximize their benefits
• Collect and relay client feedback to drive service improvements
• Uphold a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy at all times

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in communication and relationship-building
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
• Prior experience with customer support software would be an advantage
