Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in Winston Salem. This role requires strong neuro and body IR experience, with a focus on stroke intervention and vascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of IR procedures: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, kyphoplasty, biopsies, drainages, venous access, neuro/stroke interventions, and more.
• Work with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment (required).
• Manage daily caseload of 13–17 cases.
• Provide care across primarily adult and geriatric populations, with some adolescent cases.
• Participate in call rotation (weekends, evenings, and nights).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of IR experience (neuro scrub experience required).
• Prior travel experience (first-time travelers not accepted).
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R).
• Strong background in vascular and neuro procedures, inpatient hospital experience, PACS, and contrast.
• Experience with Siemens and Phillips equipment required.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT Advanced Certification.
• Epic and Visage charting experience.
• Background in outpatient, OR, ER, or Level I trauma settings.
• Ablations experience.

Schedule & Call

• Days, 5x8 (Mon–Fri), staggered start 07:00–08:30.
• Call rotation: weekends and evenings/nights (primary and backup).
• No float requirement.
• Scrubs provided.

Compliance & Additional Info No RTO during orientation week. Orientation: Must be available Mon–Fri of week one (Wed–Fri start possible). Missing any portion may result in delayed/canceled start. Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). COVID-19 vaccine not required.
