**Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist (4x10 Schedule)**

**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The Cath Lab Technologist will work 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential for on-call responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab, including angioplasty, cardiac mapping, and pacemaker insertions.
- Ensure the highest quality of hemodynamic monitoring and patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing staff, physicians, and support services.
- Participate in on-call rotation, expected to handle 7-12 days of call every six weeks.
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies during all procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and ARRT with a valid state license or RCIS.
- Strong expertise in cardiac procedures, including but not limited to right and left heart catheterization and stent placements.
- Familiarity with advanced equipment such as Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy suites.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-stakes environment.

**Additional Information:**

- Daily patient ratio will consist of 2-3 teams of four during the day shift.
- Candidates should be able to live within a 30-minute radius of the hospital while on call.
- No floating to other facilities is required.

**Patient Demographics:**
The Cath Lab serves adult and geriatric populations, performing an average of 280 cases per month, including STEMI procedures and vascular interventions.
