Job Description
Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, proteins, and toppings for the salad bar.
Stock and rotate items on the salad bar, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.
Monitor food levels and restock items as needed during service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area, storage, and salad bar display.
Label and date all prepared items following food safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients.
Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety standards.
Previous kitchen prep or salad bar experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
