Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, season, and cook menu items on the sauté line according to recipes and standards.

  • Operate sauté pans and related equipment with efficiency and safety.

  • Monitor cooking times and adjust for accuracy and consistency during high-volume service.

  • Collaborate with other line cooks to coordinate timing and plating.

  • Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup/cleanup.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station and surrounding work areas.

  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a sauté cook, line cook, or similar role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, timing, and flavor balance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation.

  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
