Do you love working behind the scenes to create delicious food and keep the kitchen running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking  Cook to join our back-of-house crew at Carolina BBQ!

This is a key role that blends prep work and line cooking—perfect for someone who takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and bringing flavor to life with every plate.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep ingredients daily (chopping, measuring, portioning, etc.)
• Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently during service
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with closing duties and prep for the next day as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, or both)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions consistently
• Team player attitude—willing to jump in where needed
• Dependable and punctual
