Patient Care Unit RN / PCU RN - Nights

'..Nights - 12 Hour: The Registered Nurse provides nursing care as part of our interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit. Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in our rural Critical Access Hospital.

• Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred.
• MEDSURG-BC and/or PED-BC preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care. Works in support of the medical staff treatment plan and makes recommendations for changes to medical treatment plan as appropriate. Educates patients and family around the plan of care and disease management. Actively supports the nursing philosophy by striving for excellence in patient care, professional development, interpersonal relations, time management, and continuous quality improvement.
