What You’ll Do

• Prepare and work with laminated doughs: croissants, puff pastry, brioches, viennoiseries.

• Assist in bread and pastry production from start to finish.

• Help shape, proof, bake, and maintain consistency at a high standard.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.

• Work side-by-side with experienced French pastry chefs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bakery experience strongly preferred (especially with dough/lamination).

• Passion for French pastry and bread-making.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Commitment to a long-term role as part of our growing team.

• Schedule: Full-time, early mornings required
